I’ve lost weight and regained it over the years, but having Cass as my coach has helped me to make the changes on my diet to keep it off for good. I’m eating less but still feeling satisfied and enjoying some heathier swaps along with some my usual meals. I previously assumed the meal plans would be chicken breast and broccoli, but I’m still eating rice and losing fat.
Sending pictures of my food daily to Cass helps keep me accountable, in addition to the weekly check ins. Cass encourages me when the scale doesn’t budge; challenges me to lift heavy during my personalised workouts; and has helped renew my mindset on losing fat versus losing weight.
It’s not been easy to stick to the plan and there have been moments where I really crave something sweet; feel hungry; or really want a cup of English tea instead of a herbal tea, but I don’t regret joining the programme. I’m excited to see the changes to come in week 12, 16 and week 24!
