I have been working with Darren for 4 weeks now and I am already down 4.2KG.
but that is not the most important change within me .. I am mentally in a better place. I had came to a point where I was mentally exhausted of working out and not seeing any change despite working and eating well.
During my first check-in call with Darren, he immediately figured out what the issue was.
I was spending too many hours in the gym.
He challenged me and created a complete new workout split and when I first saw it I was scared because I was not sure if I was able to do any HIIT workouts and I stopped boxing 16years ago, but to my surprise the more I did it, the more I liked it and noticed my body getting used to it and I just feel stronger and better in my body. I am literally excited every week now to join my boxing class.
I hit my milestone of 10KG but the work is not done yet and I am sure Darren will push me so I get where I want to get so I am excited to see where I will be at the end of the program.
I genuinely recommend him and the whole FvW program and I want to thank him and Joshua for their professionalism and salute them for truly caring about their clients!

Followed by a 3 month muscle building phase, which has unfortunately been hit my various reoccurrences of long covid, but Warren has been on hand, motivating me to still hit incredible numbers! Each week we’ve been able to bounce back or gain momentum!
The sheer amount you can learn, and gain confidence with is amazing. You never quite know what you’re capable of, but these guys will unlock the door for you!
I had a lot of problems with bloating, Cass made sure she created a meal plan that would help. For the first time in a long while my bloating has reduced. Cass is so encouraging and has helped me to build good habits that I will continue to maintain in the future. I thought I could never stop eating “rich tea biscuits” but with the help of Cass I have stopped. As Cass would say “it’s all in the mind and I need to keep focused on my goal” I would deffo recommend with you are struggling to stay disciplined.
